TCNJ will have a 12:00 p.m. delayed opening on Thursday, February 9. Morning classes are canceled. Administrative offices are scheduled to open at noon. The college will monitor the storm throughout the morning. Should conditions require a further change to the campus operating status, those changes will be communicated by 10:00 a.m.
