TCNJ Weather Alert

Due to the impending snow storm, TCNJ will be closed on Wednesday, March 21 through noon on Thursday, March 22 (conditions permitting). Classes will not be held, administrative offices and the library will be closed, and on-campus events are canceled. Residential students should read below for important information about potential for power loss to campus.

The extended study section of the library will be open via card swipe access.

Dining options for Wednesday, March 21 are as follows:
• Eickhoff Hall will open 8am and close at 7pm
• C-Store will open at regularly scheduled time & remain open until 7pm
• T-Dubbs Dining Hall will open at 11 with full menu & remain open until 1am

For Residential Students:

The college has experienced a failure of its emergency backup generator. This means that should power go out in the storm, the campus would be without electricity, which would impact our ability to heat buildings and provide services.

Because of this, the college is encouraging those who are able to travel home safely to do so. The snow closing has been extended to help accommodate this. If you decide to leave campus, please notify your Community Assistant or a staff member in your area.

If you are unable to leave campus, we encourage you to keep your electronic devices charged. In the event that the campus does lose power, we will communicate important updates via our emergency messaging system.
